iOS App Development for Realtime data analysis using multithreading -- 2

I am looking to build an iOS app that can receive real-time data using through Bluetooth Low Energy protocol using multithreading. The app will be native and built specifically for iOS devices. I am open to exploring options on the backend, whether it is utilizing an existing one or creating my own. My goal is to find a talented developer who can create an app that meets my functional requirements and is reliable, secure and easy to use.
