iOS & Android App Developer Needed

I'm in need of an app developer who can create a straightforward, yet efficient application for both iOS and Android.
Key Features:
- User Portal: This will be the main entry point for users. It should be user-friendly and intuitive.
- Document Import: Users should be able to import documents into the application.
- Document Merging: The app should have the capability to merge documents.
- Text Processing: The application should be able to process text.
File Formats:
- The app should support the following file formats for document import: PDF, Word (docx), and text files.
The ideal candidate for this job should have:
- Proficient in both iOS and Android app development.
- Experience with document processing and merging.
- Knowledge of file format compatibility.

Here is some key points:
User interface in the app
• Login/ register
(Email verification)
• Forgot password
• Show the historical orders
The user I formation to register will be
Full name
Adresse
IP adresse scanned during the registration
Telephone number
Admin Interface (web only)
• Enable/disable users
• User password reset functionality (user will receive an email for a reset password)
• View user historical orders with a scrolldown list of users
• Pause of the application in case of maintenance, so the users could not make orders
• Show the number of orders and sum per country per day
• Define price per countries
Order module
• Create/import a letter
(mport from a pdf or an other type format such as word or just flat text maximum number of pages per order is 2 A4 format)
• Type in an address of destination
• Select the country of destination
• The price will be related to the country(defined in the admin)
• Preview the letter
• Make payment (this will be using the stripe platform / apple pay and android pay is enabled)
Background
As soon as the payment is made, the order data is saved in the ordered processed table and a record for the historical for the user is saved.
