I have a flutter app (dart) with a scrolling video page, I only want to add a pause and play feature (when I press the screen it pauses then when I press again it plays) similar to tik tok

I am looking for a Flutter developer who can add a pause and play feature to my existing Flutter app. The feature should work similar to TikTok, where the video pauses when the screen is pressed and resumes when pressed again.
