The electronic aspect involves distributing UHF RFID cards to students, each containing a unique ID number. An UHF RFID reader is installed at the school entrance to scan the cards, allowing for accurate attendance tracking.

The computerized part consists of a mobile application accessible via Google, Facebook, or Apple accounts. Users select their registered school and choose from three account types: administration, parent/student, or teacher. Administrators have secure access to all information, enabling them to manage payments, interact with parents and teachers, publish announcements, and utilize artificial intelligence (AI) for data-driven improvement recommendations.

Parents input their child's personal details, select the appropriate class, add their contact information, and associate the student's card ID. They gain access to their child's information, make payments, view school announcements, communicate with teachers, and benefit from AI-based suggestions to enhance academic performance or behavior.

Teachers input their personal information, select the classes and subjects they teach, and set their working days. They have access to students' information, can publish grades and assignments, interact with parents, and receive AI recommendations to enhance student outcomes.

The application facilitates payment management, user interactions, announcement and notification publishing, and school information updates. The AI component acts as a monitor, ensuring the smooth operation of the educational process and providing tailored recommendations to improve student performance.
