dev Samsung Watch app accelerometer

my startup needs a poc using samsung watch's accelerometer
we need accelerometer data sampled at 100Hz and sent to our cloud server
my technical team is very good with mobile apps, we have no experience with samsung watch apps
the samsung app we'd like to develop does the following
- start accelerometer acquisition à 100Hz, full time (ideally background 24h/24h)
- store locally
- download to mobile app via bluetooth every 100 K or when possible
