to create a mobile app using ai libraries

My project vision is to create a mobile app that will utilize Artificial Intelligence to grapple with governance issues. The primary purpose of the app is to provide citizens of different countries with access to border lite solutions and life style improvement programs for their everyday use. I have a clear vision for the required features and functionalities which should be supported by the app. In particular, I prefer the app to be developed utilizing the TensorFlow library. With this library, the app will be able to measure citizen engagement, content sharing, and content generation features. It should also support smooth navigation across different countries and power the app with AI-based chatbots for the more engaging user experience.
