create a Mobile Application

I am looking to have a mobile application created that will be available both on iOS and Android. The core functionality of the app will be educational, with a focus on helping users expand their knowledge-base in some way or another. For this project I have a detailed list of features I am looking to include, so the right developer for this project would need to be able to implement the outlined features in a quality manner.
