creat ios APP from shopify base website

I have shopify store . I want to make new IOS app linked with my website . the problem I have created ios app before and it was deleted by apple becuse it wasn't fit the apple requirment about the ability of user to reach his account and delet his own user as one of privicy requirment . so that I need new application and solving this issue and posted in the ios app store without any issue.
