chat in goland

I am looking for a developer to create a chat application for me. The application needs to be built on mobile platforms and feature end-to-end encryption. The chat application should be an instant messaging system that allows users to communicate securely using websockets. It should have the ability to transmit multimedia files, specifically photos, videos, audio files, etc. Additionally, the application must have strong security to prevent unauthorized access.
