call recording ios app

i am creating a call recording ios app just like (tape a call,rev call)
Note: this is just configuration no code required
so basically in these apps if one person call to 2nd person then first or 2nd person have to open any of these app and click on record button this record button add 3rd (number for recording) to the call and make it the conference call the third number record calls between these two persons and save that recording in app ....
i want to know how can i merge third number
i already buy telnyx numbers and created portal of telnyx but dont know how to implement this ....
