build me a mobile application

A feedback application which takes feedback/review from customers about a product. The reviewer should be authenticated first and the feedback data/information should be stored in a secured manner. After each review/feedback, the reviewer earns some points which he/she can redeem in exchange of certain gift items (Gift items should be displayed along with their value in points).
