build an app and a web version of it

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a productivity app for students and workers. The app should include integration with OpenAI API to incorporate advanced features such as natural language processing and machine learning capabilities. Additionally, the app should have a to-do list feature with the ability to set reminders, a section for tracking courses or tasks, a Pomodoro timer, and a file converter (e.g. Word to PDF or vice versa). The ideal candidate will have experience working with OpenAI and building productivity apps.
