My application cannot send reports

My app Medsafety is using gmail to send reports , but google had blocked access of less secure apps option , so that sending reports is disabled to , i want somebody who can make my app able to send reports by changing email of app such as hotmail or yahoo or change its server so that app users can send reports . then publish it again in google play store
