An app to send out Agreement Terms while on the move
Budget: £1,500 – £3,000 GBP
This will likely be just a mobile orientated web app in the first instance, evolving into a Android and App Store app thereafter.
It will be a simple entering of basic details then add these basic details to a email template that will then be sent to a users clients.
For example An Estate Agent visits a property to value, they will then add the basic value details and a personal message into the system, then clicks a button to send an email that has this information plus some prepopulated marketing material regards their services for selling the house.
Or an Estate Agent takes someone on a viewing the Estate Agent can then send the viewer an email encouraging them to offer.
The emails will be the same format each time, but users can edit the template using a simple Email Template wizard.
Each email the users send will include a button at the top and bottom that will say "instruct now" when clients click it they will be taken to a landing page that will offer them extra services, once they have confirmed the services the user will be sent an email confirming the details of the instruction (and will be charged per instruction the receive).
There will be multiple users from various compananies so a superadmin module will be required.

We already have web hosting available.
We will probably require the person doing the job to work with us going forward to implement further features and patches.
