Yacht and Limo booking Mobile App (Please read carefully)

I am looking for someone to develop Android and IOS Native Apps for Activities booking (Yacht, Fishing trips and Limo). Please consider the following Information:

- The design is available (Total is about 45 pages for both Apps)
- Will need 2 functional Native Apps, one for Service Providers and One for End Users.
- Will need a 1 page static website (info)
- Will need admin dashboard and panel
- Will require database with back-end integration
- Will require integration with Payment gateway (Stripe)
- 2 Operating Systems
- Apps submission
- Apps Icon
- Apps splash screens
- API Development + Documentation
- Notifications
- Ad network integration
- GPS, Camera, Push, etc.
- Quality Analysis + Testing
- Deliver fully functional Apps including Full source codes (well commented, documented)

End user App, will give the user the ability to select the service, place an inquiry and select the desired Vendor according the Price, Photos, rating, facilities offered and Pay accordingly.

Vendor App, give them the ability to register, upload docs, images, receive and view new requests, offer price for the requests, view calendar.
