Xamarin Expert for Tab Bar Customization

I am looking for a proficient C# Xamarin expert to help with creating a custom nested tab bar in my Xamarin application. Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Adjusting the alignment of tabs to ensure they are centered.
- Changing the color of the tab bar to a custom selection.
