WordPress Mobile Optimization & Responsiveness

I have a 35-page WordPress site with more than 200 images that needs to feel as smooth on a phone or tablet as it does on a desktop. At the moment several layouts break, load times drag, and Google’s Mobile-Friendly Test is not impressed.
Your mission is to tune every template, stylesheet, script, and asset so the site renders perfectly on smartphones and tablets alike—no horizontal scrolling, no squished galleries, and every menu, button, and form effortlessly tappable. Alongside the responsive cleanup, I expect noticeable performance gains through smart image handling, leaner CSS/JS, and proper caching.
When you submit a proposal, tell me how many hours you believe the work will take and include links to past projects that showcase similar mobile optimization work. A brief outline of the tools or plugins you prefer (e.g., WP Rocket, Autoptimize, ShortPixel, custom CSS media queries) is welcome but not required.
Deliverables I will review:
• Fully responsive layouts across the entire site, verified on multiple phone and tablet viewports
• Improved speed metrics plus a before/after report (PageSpeed Insights or similar)
• A clean pass on Google’s Mobile-Friendly Test for every page
