Windows App with Cloud Backup

I'm looking for a Windows developer to create a version of the CashBook app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=cashbook.cashbook&hl=en_IN) with the following features:

Core Functionality:
- Retain primary functionality for expense tracking.

Cloud Backup:
- Integrate Google Drive for cloud backup.

Design:
- The Windows version should closely mimic the Android app's design.
