Well-Being BLE Wearable Activity Tracker

I'm looking for an experienced developer with strong React Native skills to design a mobile app skeleton
for a government-backed translational science project with a functionality focus on well-being and activity tracking. There is a fixed buget of 8769€, but the we're open to discussing which features are essential and which could be implemented later on by ourselves.

We see this as a potential starting point for a longer-term relationship. If this project is successful, we have larger, better-funded opportunities in the pipeline where we'd be keen to work with you again.

Key Features:
- Developed using React Native
- Tracking functionality similar to Nomie with calendar (daily check-ins)
- Visualizing well-being and wearable BLE sensor data

Additional Requirements:
- BLE integration for data acquisition from various devices
- Secure backend to protect user data
- Alarm function with phone call option for notifications and reminders.
