Welcome bonus and Referral rewards system in my flutter app.

I am looking for a developer to implement a welcome bonus and referral rewards system in my flutter app. Please note that this app is currently working but we need to integrate this part into it.
Rewards:
- Cash rewards or points
Referral System:
- The referral system needs to be created from scratch as it is currently not in place.
Timeline:
- The project needs to be completed in less than 1 week.
Ideal skills and experience:
