Website + application for the cinema

we want to make a new version of the site and application.
1. Mobile applications are hybrid, with Cordova. An update with Vuejs/react is recommended.
2. A common backend must be created for the site and applications, both must work with json api
3. Cinematics are like auto-updating pages with a separate design, they will be like a website page, they will change according to the cinema parameter in the URL
4. System of loyalty and gift cards. There is a dashboard and an admin interface that needs to be integrated into the main system using the new API. There is a dll file there, for cash registers I will give hardcode urls, you can select them by redirecting them, for example, so as not to overwrite the dll library. The Mysql database is common and the CRUD API should be simple.
