I am looking for a skilled developer to build and host a Secret Shopper App for me.

Requirements:
- The app should have a user-friendly interface and be available for both iOS and Android devices.
- Users should be able to sign up, create profiles, and access a database of available secret shopper assignments.
- The app should have a rating and review system for both shoppers and businesses.
- I need assistance with creating content for the app, including text, images, and possibly video tutorials.

Skills and experience required:

- Experience in building and hosting apps with WordPress.
- Ability to integrate payment gateways for shoppers to receive compensation.
- Knowledge of user experience design principles to ensure a seamless and intuitive app interface.
