Web3 Conversion, DApp Development & CryptoIntegration

I am looking for a skilled developer who can convert my existing website to a web3 platform. You’ll also be required to design and develop a professional, user-friendly decentralized app (dapp) that mirrors the functionality and aesthetics of the original site as closely as possible.
This app will aim to be hosted on the Pi Network Blockchain and must be functional and flow as they will Do manual checks and demo the app in the process of checking functionality
Key Project Highlights:
- This dapp will come with a few specific functionalities such as user registration and login, payment processing and also payment privacy capability - the user wallet within the dapp must have the capacity to hide the original sender's wallet and send from the dapps user wallet for anonymity
- It will need to be able to include text/image features.
- Despite the checkboxes above, I am undecided whether a content management system is needed, so your advice on this would be invaluable.
Desired Experience and Skills:
- Exposure to and understanding of the Pi Network's blockchain
- Proven experience in website conversion to web3
-ability to code
- Dapp design and development expertise
- Familiarity with integrating functionalities such as user registration, login and payment processing.
- Ideally, have a background working on projects with high attention to detail, and a professional and user-friendly design focus.
-I also have many more registered apps/websites with pi network besides this one for future work projects
Offered Compensation:
The pay if you choose to engage in this project will be in the form of the cryptocurrency once it launches, or 10% ownership of the dapp's future revenue or some Combination of these and other things…I am willing to work with this person or team so I can continue to develop more dapps…I really would rather not pay cash as I have many cash obligations already and many apps to develop in a short amount of time…owning a part of these revenue generating apps and the cryptocurrency is potentially way more valuable than the cash than I can pay out in this process so ideally this benefits me and you both long term so that we can do many more projects in the future
