Web App for customer and mobile app for executive

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a web app for a House keeping and cleaning service with the following features.
- Product catalog and ordering
-Payment Option
-Order confirmation message to user
Additionally, I need a mobile app specifically designed for executives and admin to manage customer requests.
-Cleaning executive will have app to see allotted customer details.
- Once order is complete executive will click on task complete button a OTP will be received to respective customer same OTP will be shared to executive to final task completion status.
- Same time customer will receive msg to review.
Admin Section
1. Can see all request.
2. Can take request
2. Allotment of executives.
3. See every day status of order advance order.
4. Payment status and payment settlement in case of cash payment.
5. All type of reports.
The web app is expected to have a large user base, with more than 500 users accessing it.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Proficiency in web app development, with experience in user registration and login functionalities
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and product catalog development
- Experience in mobile app development, particularly in creating apps for managing customer requests
