Web & Android App Development
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 SGD
I'm looking for an experienced developer to create a web and Android mobile application using the PWA framework. The application should have the following features:
Web Application:
- User Management: This should include functionalities for searching, filtering, sorting, exporting (to Excel/CSV), and creating users.
- Record Management: This entails both mass and individual downloads of records.
Mobile Application:
- Demographic Form: A form to collect demographic data from users.
- Survey Form: This form involves voice recognition, graphic analysis （possible） and have an automated scoring system. The voice recognition component should support English and Mandarin, and ensuring the accuracy with different accent.
Key Skills Required:
- Proficient in PWA framework, or any similar frameworks that can achieve the end goal
- Experience / familiar with user and record management systems
- Familiarity with tool / software / AI model related to voice / graphic recognition and analysis, as well as semantic analysis
