Wear OS Health & Location Tracker -- 3

I'm in need of an Android developer, proficient in Android Studio and experienced with Wear OS, to develop a smartwatch application that focuses on health and location tracking. I'm looking to have this app completed in 8 days so a prompt response and quick turnaround is crucial.

Key App Features:
1-The application must be installable on the smart watch and phone
2- The application should monitor the heart data on the smart watch through the watch and send a notification to the phone when the heart rate drops below a certain value.
3 - The notification mentioned in Article 2 must also include the personal information to be given in advance.
4- There should be an emergency button in the application that can be accessed from the watch. When this button is pressed, a notification should be sent to the phone.
5- The application should track the location via the smart watch and this location should be viewable from the map on the phone (from the Android phone application to be made).
6- If the heartbeat mentioned in item 2 becomes zero, an alarm should sound on the watch.
7- smart watch and phone communication will be provided via the internet. (not via Bluetooth) Because the person wearing the watch and the phone that will receive notifications will not be close to each other.

Ideal Candidate:
