Voice-Based AI Call Agent for Flight Bookings

We are looking to develop an AI-powered voice agent that can handle incoming customer calls and assist them with flight bookings.
This completely new approach for us, is for a tech-savvy developer or team who can guide us from scratch — including the selection of the best voice platform, development, integration, and setup — all the way to a fully working, live solution.

Key Features & Requirements:
• Voice-based AI assistant that answers phone calls and interacts with clients in natural conversation
• Multilingual capabilities (starting with English, Spanish, and possibly more depending on platform)
• The AI should be able to:
◦ Greet and understand the purpose of the call
◦ Ask for and understand flight details (dates, destinations, number of passengers, etc.)
◦ Query our flight API in real-time (we will provide full documentation and access)
◦ Present flight options to the caller using voice
◦ Collect confirmation and client contact details
◦ Save the reservation details in a simple format (JSON, email, database, etc.)
◦ Notify us (via email, WhatsApp, or SMS)
• No payment integration is needed — the bot just takes the reservation; we confirm via email, WhatsApp, or SMS

Technical Notes:
• We have access to our own flight booking engine API (REST/JSON)
• We can assist with the flow of questions and answers the AI should follow
• The voice agent should run on a stable, scalable platform (you can advise us on what’s best — e.g. Twilio, Dialogflow, etc.)
• Preferably it also works with regular phone calls (not only web-based chat?)

Deliverables Expected:
• Consultation on best voice AI platform to use
• Fully working call agent, connected to our flight API
• Basic admin view or logs of received calls/reservations
• Multilingual support setup
• Deployment and testing
• Live version accessible via phone

Additional Info:
• No hard deadline, but would like to launch within 2–3 months
• If successful, further development work is possible (adding hotel/car rental calls, etc.)
