I'm looking for a developer to create a VoIP Auto Caller application for me. This application should be able to make calls to a specific list of Toll-free IVR numbers and navigate through the IVR system automatically to reach the Balance Enquiry step.
Key Features:
1. Input of Toll-Free numbers to call.
2. Capability to upload a plain text file with 1,000 to 10,000 account details for balance enquiry.
3. The application should make a call for every data field in the uploaded file and input the account number and pin automatically. The response from the balance enquiry should be saved next to each corresponding field.
The software needs to be compatible with Windows. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in VoIP application development, familiarity with IVR systems, and proficiency in developing Windows compatible software
