Video call feature in react native -- 2

I am looking for a skilled react native developer to integrate a video call feature into an existing Android application. In this React Native project, we require functionality similar to WhatsApp, specifically the ability to initiate and receive video calls. While we currently have video call capability implemented using the Agora package, we need to enhance it. Our goal is to allow users to directly join a call without initiating it themselves. This feature should enable making and receiving calls even when the app is in a kill state.

Note: The source codes shall be shared to the freelancer via GitHub.
