Video & Teleprompter

I need an application for android and IOS, that works as teleprompter.
I need an application for mobile devices where the user can upload a text in word, txt or pdf or write it directly in the application.
This text will be displayed on the screen, so that the user can read it while recording video on the device.
The user will be able to modify the size of the text, the color and the speed of display. User can preview before starting to record video to adjust the speed parameters.
User will also indicate that the video recording will stop automatically when the text display is finished or will stop it manually.
The displayed text will be shown in a transparent layer on the video screen, so that the user will see the text and behind it, what is being recorded. The text will not appear on the final recording. the text will begin to unfold from the bottom and will go up until the total unfolding of the text is completed.
The text will always appear vertically, no matter if the device is in portrait or landscape orientation.
At the start of recording, a countdown will be displayed, starting at 3, 2, 1. At the end of the countdown, recording and text display will begin with the configured parameters.
While the recording is in progress, a button will be presented to allow you to interrupt the video at any time. A slider will also be presented to control the speed and another one for the font size.
Once the recording is finished, the user will be able to play the video and decide whether to save it, retry it or discard it.
The application must be developed in Ionic-capacitor-angular.
