Vertical Agents Software with ChatGPT & Twilio

I'm looking to develop a vertical agents web app that primarily focuses on Chatbot interactions and IA calls. This software will assess client needs through engaging conversations powered by ChatGPT and handle various interactions such as automated responses to FAQs, lead generation conversations, and customer support requests. The software should also integrate with Twilio for voice call handling, SMS messaging, and call recording.
