Verify website on google play console and transfer one app from other account to this account

I have created a google play console account using DUNS number.

I want you to get my website verified on this account. and also to complete other verification if required in this account.

Second part of this project will be as follows:
I have an app Foodie, on play store in account which is not having DUNS number. I want you to transfer this app from other account to the above verified account
