Verify the work of app developer to see if he's lying or really needs that many hours for each task

I've hired a company which developed mobile app for me (ios + android) and desktop (ios + windows).
There has been several months since last version update, now the new version came and they sent a bill with over 200 hours of work to be paid.
I need skilled person with extensive knowledge and experiences to compare new version vs previous version and go through list of all tasks that were completed and hours each of these tasks took (I have the list) and tell me if they're telling the truth or they're lying and are trying to scam me out of money.
They didn't only work on app and desktop but also other parts so your knowledge to be able to understand and verify their work needs to be wide. Your knowledge also needs to include Firebase, Api Dev, HQ user management, Landing.
