Use My HelloTalk/Tandem Account to Promote an App (U.S. Female Users / Commission Based)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We’re looking for a freelancer to use HelloTalk/Tandem to promote our app and encourage sign-ups and invitations. You can use my profile. After contract, I will share my account with you.
Target whom you will approach to on this project:
・American Female 23-29 age (The age range was changed during the discussion before the contract.)
App Description:
It’s a light messaging app where you can leave small sticky-note style messages for close people. It keeps things simple and warm.
Available on App Store and Google Play.
Flow:
1 Self-introduction
2 Light ice-breaker chat
3 Interview to confirm if they face the problem our app solves
4 Propose the app and offer sign-up
Commission base:
・$25 per user sign-up (There are basically no other forms of compensation.)
※Only those who answered “yes” to question 4 and currently have a boyfriend will be counted.
・Initially, up to 3 sign-ups maximum for this project
・Based on your performance (speed and communication quality), you will receive higher-paying offers in future projects
Due:
You must acquire the three sign-ups within 13 days since get started the project.
My Profile Engagement (based on past data):
・Reply rate after the first message: 80%
・Among them, users who have a boyfriend and feel the need: 67%
・Actual sign-up rate among those users: 50%
HelloTalk Message Template:
1 Follow her and send the initial message.
"Hi [Her Name]! I saw you’re learning Japanese. Is it for travel?"
2 Have a natural back-and-forth conversation for about 3–4 exchanges (jumping straight into an interview increases the risk of getting banned). I use ChatGPT—it’s very convenient.
3 "I’ve been thinking about how people stay connected lately. Would it be okay if I ask you a couple of simple questions—about a partner if you have one?" If yes→ move on to 4, if no, then skip her and go to another one.
4 "Do you ever feel that when you just want to leave your boyfriend a small note like ‘love you’, ‘just thinking of you’, existing apps make it feel like you’re starting a full conversation instead of just keeping it light?"
5 If she says yes for 4,
"How do you handle it then? Like not sending it in the end or anything?"
6 Thank them once and end the conversation.
Then, after one day, make the app offer. Send A, B, and C separately at once.
A "Hello [HER NAME], I really appreciate your cooperation. Thank you for the other day!!!"
+
B "So would it be possible for you to try my app with your boyfriend?"
+
C "It’s a light messaging app where you can leave small sticky-note style messages for close people without prolonged conversations. It keeps things simple but meaningful."
7 Send the url.
