Urgently need help resolving app simulator issues and help put our app onto test flight

We have an app that was previously built by a development team in the US and due to covid they shut their business down.
Our app is a crypto / blockchain based app. We are having issues running it in simulator and getting the current version on to test flight.
We are firstly looking for someone with the right skill set to help push the app to test flight and fix any issues that are causing it to not launch on simulator e.t.c
Once that task is completed, we have a lot of on-going work and functionality that will need to be built. But first things first, we need to get the app on test flight.
