Urgent callout for expert native app developer to resolve mobile App issues

i have a mobile application and need help with the following

1. Deploy the code on my server
2. Resolve the App issues and update the library
3. Setup the chatting Scocket.io
4. the applications are native IOS and Android
5.integrate with Sms gateway/ Whatsapp for OTP
6. investigate if there is any error in the code
7. upload the apps in app store and Google store
8. investigate and ensure notification is working through firebase for chatting and swap transactions

the application is very simple app with below features
1. Sign up /Sign in with social media and standard sign up
2. List items in the application
3. select items you like from others
4. chat with other users and complete the transaction with no payment
5. review the transaction
