Urgent School App Developer (iOS/Android) (in french)

I'm urgently looking for a developer to help create a school app in French.
Limited budget and timeline.
The app will need to be available on both iOS and Android platforms.
Key features I'd like:
- Access to lessons depending on grade level.
- Zoom call link when class scheduled.
I'm not sure yet if the app will need to integrate with any existing school management system, so flexibility is key.
This project would be ideal for a developer with experience in creating educational apps, particularly in a bilingual environment. Experience with French language would be a plus.
