Urgent: Build me a location based real-time social networking app

We're building a social networking app that aims to connect people in real-time based on their interests and activities. The idea is to create a platform where users can input their availability and location, along with the activity they want to do, such as enjoying a coffee, attending a concert, or going for a hike.
As a contract job, we are seeking your expertise to build the full-fledged iOS app. Our primary objective is to create a minimum viable product (MVP) that showcases the core functionality of the app. This includes features such as user registration and authentication, real-time activity matching, activity listings, user profiles, in-app messaging, and push notifications.
Security is a top priority for us. We want to ensure that user data is protected through strong encryption and secure communication protocols. We also want to implement reporting and moderation features to maintain a safe and respectful environment within the app.
To ensure cost-effectiveness, we recommend but not compulsory to leverage technologies like Swift for iOS development and utilizing Firebase for user authentication, real-time database, and cloud storage functionalities.
