Upgrade React Native/Expo Webview App for Google Play Compliance -- 2

I need an experienced React Native/Expo developer to upgrade our Android app's target SDK to comply with Google Play requirements.

Our app (built with React Native + Expo, WebView integration) has received a notice from Google Play:

“Your app is targeting an old version of Android. To provide users with a safe and secure experience, Google Play requires all apps to meet target API level requirements before Aug 31, 2025.”

Key Tasks:
- Upgrade Expo SDK to latest stable version (minimum SDK 49).
- Update targetSdkVersion and compileSdkVersion (API 34+).
- Fix deprecated libraries (e.g., react-native-webview, permissions handling).
- Test app functionality: login, WebView flows, notifications.
- Generate release build (.aab) and assist in uploading to Google Play Console.
- Provide a short handover note on changes for future maintenance.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in React Native and Expo / Webview.
- Experience with Google Play Console.
- Familiarity with Android SDK and handling deprecated libraries.
- Strong testing and debugging skills.
