Update app (iOS and Android) with latest Google Mobile Ads SDK

I need to update the code of BOTH of these TWO apps: WebViewGold for Android and WebViewGold for iOS (https://codecanyon.net/item/android-webviewgold-urlhtml-to-android-app-push-url-handling-apis-much-more/19487619 and https://codecanyon.net/item/ios-webviewgold-urlhtml-to-ios-app-push-messages/10202150?ref=onlineappcreator). I'll provide the source code of both the apps.

WHAT I NEED:
The two apps ship with an old version of Google Mobile Ads SDK: the version must be updated and this feature activated: https://developers.google.com/ad-manager/mobile-ads-sdk/android/webview.
