Universal iOS app with 5 tab navigation
Budget: $5,000 β $10,000 USD
We need a Universal iOS app that works on both phones and tablets.
This is a quick summary of the app. Detailed design documents/requirements are available. Graphics for Icons, loading screens, etc will be provided by us.
App will be a tabbed navigation app with 5 tabs.
Tab 1 will load article summaries and images from a wordpress rss feed and display full articles if one of those summaries is clicked. There will be a search bar across the top that will receive results from an wordpress rss feed also to display just like the regular feed.
Tab 2 will load a list of magazine issues from a sqlLite database (image and name). That sqlLite database also has an Wordpress rss feed URL to load articles for that issue. Basically after someone clicks on an issue to view, it works exactly like tab 1 does at that point, just with different feed URLs. Search bar also on this tab that gets results from wordpress rss feed. Most of Tab 1 work can be reused here.
Tab 3 will be a podcast area that loads available podcasts from a LibSyn rss feed. It will display a summary of the available podcasts, and once a podcast is picked, it will work similar to the podcast player area of the Apple podcast app.
Tab 4 will be a manufacturer listing area that loads itβs data from a sqlLite database. First users are presented with manufacturer names that are searchable with a search bar. Also a quick jump alphabet down the right hand side.
Once a manufacturer is picked, it will show a details page with address, phone, description, etc. This page looks similar to a contact from the Apple Contact app. From this page they can pick the Rep Roster or Document library.
Rep rosters displays a list of categories in a listview type format. Once a category clicked, it displays a list of names/numbers of reps in that area. If a specific rep is clicked, they can call that rep right from the app.
The other area is a Document Library. A list of categories is presented for this manufacturer that when clicked show a list of documents within that category. If a specific document is clicked, it opens the document in a browser type view to display. Documents are just URLs stored in the sqlLite database. From the document detail page, documents can be shared via email, etc.
Tab 5 will be a Videos library that is loaded from the sqlLite database. This works exactly like the document area of a manufacturer, but we will load a specific folder/manufacturer instead of asking them to pick that first. So this basically reuses part of Tab 4.
Most areas include a sharing function that will share items to SMS, Email, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
Bonuses are available for fast and quality work.
Again, more details available in a detailed design document upon request.
