Uber-Ola App, readymate app

I'm looking for an experienced developer to create a ride-hailing application that offers a similar experience to Uber and Ola. The app should be available on both Android and iOS platforms. Key features I'd like to include are:

- **GPS Tracking**: The app should be able to track and display the real-time location of the driver and the customer.
- **Payment Integration**: I need the app to have a seamless payment system for my users. This includes integrating popular payment gateways.
- **Driver Rating System**: A feature that allows customers to rate their ride experience and review their driver.

I am not looking for support for multiple languages at this time. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in mobile app development with experience in creating and launching similar ride-hailing apps.
