Two widgets/components for flutter app

Hi,
I need two widgets/components developed for flutter to integrate into an existing app.
Widget no.1 is a large play/pause widget for audio files, which has skimming options for 15 seconds forward, 15 seconds backwards. this widget gets triggered on a new page when user selects an audio from the list.
Widget no. 2 is a sticky player at the bottom of the screen which will play the audio in the background when the user is navigating the app after opening an audio file. it can be played and paused from this sticky player or closed by pressing the cross.
Both these widgets will have an indicator to show the progress of the audio played
please see the screenshots attached. you only have to worry about these widgets and their UI and not other thing on the app.
