For us, the app will connect , a driver and a passenger going to same direction , those drivers are just any person who have a car, the passenger should search by source and destination , if any match , he should be able to book for a ride, so it is a ride share app.
After booking a driver and passenger should receive receipt and trip info including time of departure and pick up location.
