SUMMARY:
Toponimia Andalûh will be a web/mobile social app for people to submit the local andalusian terms they use when referring to municipalities and demonyms, and/or to endorse terms submitted by others. Andalusia is a region in Spain. Optionally, the app offers the possibility to submit recorded voices about how they pronounce the terms. The project aims for collecting and validating, crowdsourcing style, the set of unofficial terms (popular toponyms) the andalusian people use for municipalities and demonyms.
DELIVERABLES / ARCHITECTURE OF COMPONENTS:
The scoped components of the ARCHITECTURE are a (1) HEADLESS CMS in the backend to provide the administrative interface, model the (2) DATABASE and to publish an (3) API where the (4) WEB/MOBILE APPS are connected to offer provide the user frontend. We foresee the repository to store user contributed (5) AUDIO files to be a separated database.
Each of those 5 components would be the deliverables we will expect by end of this contract. We will do the work of submitting apps to app stores and to host + deploy the web app and the rest of components to our own cloud hosting.
USER JOURNEY:
There will be a fixed number of entries (municipalities and demonyms in Andalusia, Spain). The end users will be able to display the entries and registered users would be able to submit their own alternative local terms for municipality names and demonyms, and also comment on other terms submitted by users and to react social media style. Optionally users can record audio of themselves pronouncing the local terms submitted.
LIST OF USE CASES:
(A) USER ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT: sign in, login, profile editing, (B) CONTENT DISPLAY: main menu (map), list entries, show entry, listen to audio), (C) FAVOURITES MANAGEMENT: list favourites, mark/unmark favourites, change notifications, (D) CONTRIBUTIONS MANAGEMENT: add term, add comment, add reaction, list contributions, remove contributions.
TYPES OF USERS:
There's 3 TYPES OF USERS: (I) REGISTERED USERS: users with registered profile, all use cases as described below can be done by registered users, (II) UNREGISTERD USERS: do not have a user profile, they can only do the CONTENT DISPLAY use cases and (III) ADMIN USERS: same as REGISTERED USERS but can also login on the (1) HEADLESS CMS administrative interface.
SCORING:
We will evaluate each of the proposals received by scoring them from 0 to 100 points, as per the following criterias: [S04] PRICING. MAX 40 points. [S02] TECHNICAL PROPOSAL MAX 30 points
