Time tracker for restaurant orders
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Simple concept,
At our hotel the standard time for delivery of food to the room is 30 min.
For orders like appetisers it’s about 15-20 min.
For tea coffee juices we try 10-15 min.
Current Situation:
It’s all manual based on a KOT and during busy operations sometimes it gets difficult handling so much and keeping track.
Application:
Ideally create a script or an app something that can track each and every guest order.
It would require a place to enter guest name, room number. An option in the timer field for 30 min 15 min and 10 min. That way I’ll have it chosen for all types of orders. Once ok is clicked on the first entry the timer starts. When it crossed the standard time it gets highlighted in red.
There should also be a field to track out time. So we know when it left.
If there is an option to have that that specific tracker data be transferred to an excel later for use it would be great.
Ideally it should work for every guest and should be able to have multiple rooms orders.
The more detailed it is and less interference it requires the better.
My goal is post this I can just look at the screen and at least get an idea of any delays or no because of the red colour indication.
