Time sheets

I want to create an app primarily to suit my own needs and then possibly make it available publicly. It will be based on the fudget app that allows simple creation and tracking of budgets. Instead of a new budget it will be listing clients and then tracking start time, finish time and total time. If you look at the fudget app and play with that you will understand what I want and the simplicity I’m looking for.
