Tele calling CRM

I'm looking for a tele calling CRM that is ideal for sales and includes the features of call recording and a desktop application UI. I need the CRM to be powerful enough to handle multiple users and perform across all platforms. I need the capability to record calls and track leads, as well as easily integrate with other systems. Additionally, I'd like a user interface that has a desktop application with a smooth design and UX/UI. I'm hoping the CRM system can make it easy to manage incoming and outgoing calls and allow for increased visibility into the flow and success of those calls. It would be ideal if the system could perform quickly and reliably.
