Taxi dispatch app

I would like to create a simple taxi dispach app to dispatch cars and operator (dispatcher) should be able to track live cars location.

Drivers do not colleft fee, all they will need is to get alert from the call and accept it.

Request for calls should be thru other operator should be by lookup table, and other operator should asign calls to driver
