Task & Project Management APP -- 2

We need IOS and ANDROID APP to manage Reminders and Manage Task "Talking" with our own CRM.

This APP must have the same functions and graphics almost identical to that of the IPHONE REMINDER APP.

The project must be done in several phases, where the first phase is to make a graphic representation of how the APP will come, only after the graphic draft has been approved will it be start the development.
Respecting deadlines is essential.

The phases will be:
1. Graphic draft of the entire project (will to together)
2. We approve the draft
3. APP development for Task Management
4. Presentation and Validation with source code delivery
5. Presence of the working app on Stores (on Apple Store and Google Play. Most important is Apple Store).

i need that app will TALK with our CRM and Bring from our User's DB, Task's DB, Project's DB, Opportunity DB, Contract DB

The Milestones will be released only after the Validation of each single phase.
